We gladly accept returns of goods purchased directly from us.

If purchased from a retailer, and you need assistance please fill out our contact form explaining your issue.

  • HOW DO I START A RETURN?
    1) Place items(s) being returned into packing sleeve and affix pre-printed label to the outside. 2) Drop package with the courier stated on your shipping label ( ex: USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC). *If you have questions about this process, please contact us at info@lechebaby.com.
  • WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
    -Items purchased in the last 30 days. -Must be in original condition. -Must be unwashed and unworn. -With tags in original packaging.
  • WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
    -Sale/Clearance items -Items marked FINAL SALE Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to info@lechebaby.com, no exceptions.
  • GIFT RETURNS
    If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number to proceed with a gift return.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. *Refunded items are subject to our comprehensive return policy.
  • ARE THERE CHARGES FOR A RETURN?
    -We do not charge a restocking fee. -Once return label provided in original shipment is used, shipping cost will be deducted from return issued to original form of payment. -Packages that are sent back for incorrect address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $8 fee (this will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund.) * Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change this information once the order is processing.
  • HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
    -Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 7 business days. If there is an issue, we will let you know. -Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s). -Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.
  • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHOPPERS
    1) Pack all the returned items, making sure to include order # somewhere (order slip, if possible). You can use the bag items arrived in or another bag if you prefer. 2) Please do not combine returns from different orders. Each order needs to be individually processed. A fee of $8 per additional order will be charged if you combine returns into the same package. 3 )Affix the provided shipping label and ship back with the courier stated on your shipping label ( ex: USPS, UPS, FEDEX ) to ship the package. The return address for the package is: Leche. Baby ATTN: RETURNS DEPT 811 Austin Ave Unit 8 Los Angeles, CA, 90302 Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be credited to your original form(s) of payment.
