The phone number on the website doesn't work and I never once received a response from any of the emails I sent them. It has been more that three weeks since I placed my order, yet the funds were immediately taken from my account. I understand that things can "happen" but it is important to communicate with your customer. I would suggest calling them. I ordered something from them online and it had already been sold. But, they made great efforts to find me something similar and emailed me pictures until I found somthing. I thought they were very accommodating.
